Treetops Resort Gaylord, Gaylord

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms, located in the '20xx' block on the lower level to the left of the pool, were very spacious, clean, and had been recently refreshed, ensuring a comfortable stay. While there was a minor issue with the AC, it was quickly fixed. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they were all dedicated to ensuring our needs were met, and they were friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. The location, nestled in the woods just east of Gaylord Michigan, was serene and pleasant, offering easy access to nearby attractions like the Chalets and Treetops. However, some areas needed a bit of cleanup. The dining options were satisfactory, with a mix of dishes available, though some may find the prices to be a tad high. The facilities at the hotel were convenient and well-maintained, offering amenities like laundry services, a free ski shuttle, and a paid city shuttle.

However, I appreciated the bathtub with bars and other requested amenities for accessibility. The service was amazing, meeting all my needs with friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was average in the winter, with some good options but also on the pricier side.

Staying on the ground floor with no view made relaxing outside before dinner less enjoyable, but the room itself was huge, featuring two queen beds, two loveseats, a small refrigerator, and a 'patio' opening to an open sidewalk. The service was excellent, with a helpful, friendly, and professional staff ready to cater to all needs. The location, nestled in the woods east of Gaylord Michigan, offered a nice setting but could improve cleanliness. Dining at Legends On The Hill was a highlight with a great variety of options, and the facilities were satisfactory.
